Isolation
Insulation at CMR is an important step in guaranteeing the quality and safety of structures. It involves protecting metal structures against temperature variations, humidity, noise, fire or impact.
There are several stages to the insulation process. First, the type and thickness of insulation must be chosen according to requirements and current standards. Next, prepare the metal substrates by cleaning, degreasing and treating against corrosion. The insulation is then fastened to the supports using adhesives, staples, screws or rivets. Finally, cover the insulation with a suitable covering, such as plaster, wood, metal or PVC.
