There are several types of cladding for a metal construction website, depending on the material used, the shape and the installation method. We can distinguish between the following:

– Metal cladding: this consists of steel or aluminum panels or cassettes, which are attached to a secondary framework. It offers great strength, durability and a wide range of colors and finishes. It can be single-skinned, i.e. without insulation, or double-skinned, with a layer of insulation between the two metal walls.
– Wood cladding: this consists of solid or reconstituted wood strips or panels, nailed or screwed to a secondary framework. It provides a warm, natural look, as well as good thermal and acoustic insulation. However, it requires regular maintenance to prevent aging and insect or fungal attack.
– Composite cladding: this consists of composite panels fastened to a secondary framework. It combines the advantages of wood and metal, offering good strength, low expansion, ease of maintenance and a variety of colors and textures. It can imitate the look of wood, concrete or stone.
